Creating this system was triggered by the experience the founder experienced and this experience was being felt all across Zambia. Convenience, Effectiveness and Efficiency is the order of the New Digital World, however in a lot of countries across the globe the reality is the opposite. Service delivery in the fintech tech industry is still under development and securities are not that high.
